KAKICK.MK SDN BHD believes in privacy protection in our shopping experience. As we are customers of other sites as well, we truly appreciate and respect the importance of Internet privacy and data protection.

We do not store any of your personal details except from the one you have provided upon registration and subscription. We do not keep any of our customers banking details and certainly do not have the access to the bank account at any time.

Upon ordering and registering on our site, you may be asked to provide us with personal information – names, addresses, contact details and banking details (if suitable). We will not disclose this information to third parties other than those related to the deliveries of the products purchased from our website without your consent.

Customers may still visit our site anonymously. 

REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the product you’ve purchased, you may return it within seven (7) working days upon received. The product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag/label still attached and in the original packaging (if available). This policy is only applicable to full-priced item(s) on our site.

Customers are advised to email us first at admin@kakickmk@gmail.com with your #ORDER ID and product details before returning the product.

Any products returned must abide the terms mentioned above. Returns due to creases from shipping will not be accepted. Should the product is returned to us in unsuitable condition, we reserved the right to refuse the return and the product will be send back to you.

All shipping cost are borne by customer and we are not liable until item reaches our office.

SHIPPING POLICY

For every purchases made before 10am of each working day will be processed, carefully packed and dispatched/shipped out within the same day. Once the item has been packed and processed, our courier service will automatically send an email or text messages notifying your order status.

For every purchase made on weekends or public holiday, orders will be processed starting on Monday or day after the public holiday. For orders made during festive seasons, , customers may experience a delay in delivery process.

Parcel has been sent out, all the information regarding your parcel will be handle by Delivery Courier.

How long does delivery take?

For Normal orders :
3-5 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.
5-6 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak.

For Preorders :
7-14 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.

7-15 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak.
